Where personalization has scattered us into solo channels, the architecture is no longer a thing — it is an act of marking. deLight house names a point in social space. A place to briefly converge, around a direction.
Intimate, against
the convention hall.
A 10×10×10m cube. Small because the problem is distance. Speaker and listener share the same air. Where a stadium amplifies, deLight house insists on closeness — the scale itself is the argument.
Two centers, facing.
The speaker stands at the human center. Light falls from the oculus at the opposite end of the room. The two centers face each other and never meet. What lies between them is what the ritual is for.
No surface was decided for aesthetic reasons. Each follows from
the logic of the narrative.
